Great for people who have trouble swallowing pills, Swanson Calcium tablets are a bone-nourishing formula that combines 500 mg of calcium from calcium carbonate and 2.5 mcg (100 IU) of vitamin D in delicious, vanilla cream-flavored chewable tablets with only three calories per serving.
As a dietary supplement, chew one tablet two times per day followed by 8 ounces of water.
Fructose, mannitol, calcium palmitate, stearic acid, bevarian cream flavor, vanilla flavor, menthol flavor.
