Swanson Acai (pronounced ah-sigh-EE ) comes from the fruit of a palm tree that grows in the Amazon rain forests of Brazil. Acai is so great because it's bursting with antioxidants that protect your health and give you energy! In fact, it delivers more antioxidant power than both red grapes and red wine. Acai also provides a nearly perfect profile of amino acids, plus it contains important trace minerals too.
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule two times per day with water.
