Wrapping Instructions: for Patella Tendonitis:
1. With foam to the inside, place below kneecap on patella tendon.
2. Pull and wrap Velcro® end to tighten and fasten for desired compression. Tension should be snug but not too tight.
For Iliotibial Band Syndrome:
1. With foam to the inside, place 2-3 inches above knee on iliotibial band.
2. Pull and wrap Velcro® end to tighten and fasten for desired compression. Tension should be snug but not too tight.
Wash/Care Instructions: When soiled, hand wash with a mild fragrance-free, chlorine-free detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water. Lay flat on a rack or hang, foam side up, to air dry.
Do not machine wash or dry as this may damage your product. Discontinue use if skin irritation is observed. Apply only to clean, dry skin. Do not apply directly to open wounds.
