Use only as directed. Mix 1 tablespoon (7.5 grams) with 6-8 ounces of water. Stir or shake well.
Inulin, organic lemon flavor with other organic natural flavors, organic cranberry flavor, silica, acacia, citric acid, malic acid, beet (beta vulgaris) (root), stevia (stevia rebaudiana) (leaf extract), and guar gum.
