Each capsule contains a tremendous blend of Antarctic Krill Oil, Fish, Oil, and Astaxanthin for a better quality Omega-3 supplement. Olympian Labs also increased the amount of astaxanthin per dose to improve cardiovascular health and healthy triglyceride level support.
