MegaFood Turmeric Curcumin Extra Strength†† Joint is made with a proprietary blend of turmeric root and extract to deliver a guaranteed minimum of 300 mg curcuminoids to support a healthy inflammation response from occasional overexertion or vigorous exercise. We include BioPerine®, a patented black pepper extract that helps support the absorption of curcumin.

Adults take 2 tablets daily with a beverage. May be taken anytime throughout the day, even on an empty stomach.
