Our cheesecloth is a versatile natural product that is perfect for cooking, basting and straining as well as for polishing and use as a bath scrub! Made from organic cotton fiber, it is unbleached to help reduce the amount of chlorine that is dumped into our lakes, rivers and streams.
If You Care Cheesecloth will not affect the taste or quality of food, and best of all, it is reusable. Just rinse and dry and then run it under cold water before using again.

Cheesecloth:
Natural Herb Sachet
(Makes 1 Sachet)
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp packed fresh oregano
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
1 tbsp packed fresh parsley
1 bay leaf
1 tsp whole black peppercorns
If You Care Cheesecloth
If You Care Kitchen Twine
Mix together all ingredients in a small bowl, then set aside. Cut a 4—6 square inch piece of If You Care Cheesecloth and a 4-inch piece of If You Care Twine. Lay the cheesecloth flat and place the herb mixture on top. Carefully gather all four corners of the Cheesecloth and bunch up until the spices are in a ball. Then tie the Cheesecloth with the piece of Twine and use immediately in the soup or stock of your choice!
*Note: Oven safe up to 450°F / 230°C when properly moistened prior to baking or roasting. Do not use dry.
