The bees that made this honey gathered nectar from the blooms of White Tupelo trees, which only grow in a few small regions of Florida. Raw Tupelo Honey is prized for its distinctive light, buttery flavor and the fact that it rarely crystallizes.

Never pasteurized or micro-filtered, raw honey retains beneficial enzymes and traces of pollen, propolis, and beeswax. This honey is the culmination of an incredible amount of work by honey bees.
