PROTOS WHEY is a superior blend of Whey Protein Isolate 90%, Micellar Casein and Hydrolyzed Casein. Mix 1 scoop (1 serving) with up to 8-10oz (300mL) of water or beverage of choice, vary the amount of liquid to taste. Consume daily at any time desired.
For Training: Consume immediately post-exercise. Half servings (1/2 scoop) may be taken in intervals. Tastes best cold.
Sunflower oil creamer (sunflower oil, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate, mono and diglycerides (with citric acid to preserve freshness), tocopherols, and tri-calcium phosphate), agave inulin, natural and artificial flavor, salt, konjac root (amorphophallus konjac), gum blend (guar gum, gum acacia, xanthan gum), sucralose, acesulfame potassium.
