In each pouch:
*3/4 servings superfoods fruit/veggie & 1/4 serving superfood grains (banana, beet, whole grain oats). 1 fruit/veggie serving is 1/4 cup for toddlers; 1 serving of grains is 16 g.
Refrigerate within 1 hour of opening, serve within 24 hours.
