Take 1-3 servings anytime of day to meet your daily protein requirements. On training days, consume before and/or after workouts to support muscle recovery, repair, and growth.
Add 1 rounded scoop of PEA PROTEIN to 6 oz of your favorite liquid such as water, skim milk or unsweetened almond milk. Stir with a spoon or shake in a cup for 15-20 seconds until protein powder fully dissolves.
Stir or Shake It: Just add 1 scoop to water, milk or your favorite beverage.
Blend It: Make your smoothies even healthier with 1 scoop along with your ingredients.
Mix It: Add it to yogurt, cereal, oatmeal or any of your favorite foods.
