Suggested use

Mix 1 scoop of Beyond with 10 oz (300 ml) of cold water and consume during exercise.

For intense exercise, mix 2 scoops with 20 oz (600 ml) of cold water. Consume during day time for active recovery, muscle protein synthesis and to help reduction of delayed onset muscle soreness.

Citric acid, malic acid, natural flavor, sodium citrate, sucralose, natural colors (red beet, beta-carotene).
