Saw palmetto, with its unique berries, has been shown to support your body’s ability to inhibit 5-alpha reductase (5α-R), which is the enzyme responsible for converting testosterone to DHT (dihydrotestosterone) – the excessive production of which can have a negative impact on prostate health.
