Magnesium L-Threonate offers many benefits to your mind and body, including support for your bone and joint health, nerve health, clear thinking and healthy sleep. Plus, our formula is made without genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
Adults, as a dietary supplement, take three (3) capsules daily. One (1) mid-day and two (2) at night, two (2) hours before bed.
Capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate, hydroxypropyl cellulose.
