Our Organic Ceremonial Matcha makes it easy to enjoy a refreshing cup of matcha whenever you want it. All you have to do is mix the matcha powder with a small amount of water until it forms a smooth paste, and then stir in warm or cold water. This ceremonial-grade matcha is made from quality green tea leaves, which are then dried in a brick oven, helping to ensure a bright green color, deep flavor, and pleasant aroma. Matcha is known not only for its deep flavor and striking color, but also for its potential health benefits, as it contains many naturally-occurring antioxidants and phytonutrients.
California Gold Nutrition MATCHA ROAD Organic Ceremonial Matcha is made from the first harvest of tea leaves. It is a special-grade matcha meant to be used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies.
Mix 1/2 tsp (1 gram?) of powder daily with 1 tbsp of water in a cup to make a smooth paste, then stir in 8 ounces of warm or cold water.
?1 gram per 1/2 tsp is an average. Individual scooping technique may yield slightly less or slightly more than 1 gram.
